Bought the cd because my son loves hi-5 and now wants to listen to it in the car. It's entertaining and fun.

My son loves Hi-5 so he loves this CD. The only thing I didn't find useful was the karoake songs. I think they should've placed the karoake songs in a separate disc. I find myself having to skip the karoake songs & rewind it back to the singing part, just a little inconvenient. Otherwise, we love the singing.
Fun with High 5 January 31, 2010

High 5 is a wonderful children's show that my 2 year old granddaughter and I discovered.
She dances with the music and enjoys all 5 of the High 5 actors.
This CD is a great companion to the show, we downloaded it to an IPOD and she can enjoy "her music" anytime.

My son loves this CD - it has all the popular songs from the TV show Hi-5. It doesn't irritate me either so that counts for a lot coming from the parent of a child who ALWAYS wants to hear music.

My son is 18 months old and we discovered Hi-5 on demand about a month or so ago. Before then, he was not interested in TV at all (which I was grateful for) but I work from home some days, and this show has helped me out during those times when I really just needed 15 minutes alone to get that one task done.
I was so excited to find their CDs on Amazon, but kind of sad because apparently this show is no longer being produced. My son looks forward to going in the car now, calling out "Five! Five!" every morning as we head out. He bounces around and claps and dances to the upbeat songs, and best of all, they are not annoying like many of their contemporaries out there. The songs are short and funny, and always upbeat. You can really tell that the writers of Hi-5 work very hard to be a positive role-model for children. It truly shows. I would recommend this CD to any parent of a young child who loves music. It isn't necessary to be familiar with the show to enjoy it. Fair warning though, be prepared to find yourself humming "Living in a Rainbow" during that 4AM diaper change!
